Classes

Muay Thai

We offer a simple timetable of Muay Thai classes two or three times per day for all levels which run Monday to Saturday. Beginners classes run on Monday lunch and Friday morning for those that need an introduction to the sport.

Our gym opens at 7.15am every day, and our lunchtime class begins at 12.30pm on Mon/Weds/Fri, with an open mat in between for those that book.

We also have evening classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays days at 6pm, and Saturday mornings at 11am.

All classes run for 1.5 or 2 hours, with the option of leaving early or starting late for just a single hour, for those who need to juggle other commitments outside the gym.

Open Mat

Here, the gym remains open until 3pm Monday to Friday for freestyle training alone or with your teammates. During fighter preparation for competitions, space may be limited so please do check availability ahead of time.

Strength and Conditioning

Our programs for improving your general fitness, strength, cardio and flexibility are available for all levels, and are geared towards steady and lasting improvement for anyone who takes part.
